A1 Properties ("we", "us" or "our") is a real estate brokerage in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, located at 1702, Fairmont Hotel, Sheikh Zayed Road. We are responsible for the personal data collected through this website and in the course of our services.

We handle personal data in line with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data and other applicable UAE laws.

Information you give us

• Contact details such as your name, email address, phone and WhatsApp number.
• Property requirements such as budget, preferred areas, property type and timeline.
• Property details when you list a property with us, including address, size and asking price.
• Career applications including your CV and any information it contains.
• Transaction documents such as Emirates ID, passport, visa and title deed copies, which we only request when they are needed to complete a transaction under DLD and anti-money laundering rules.

Information collected automatically

• Device and browser type, IP address and approximate location.
• Pages visited, searches made, listings viewed and how you arrived at our website.
• Information from cookies and similar technologies (see "Cookies" below).

Information from others

We may receive your details from property portals, advertising platforms such as Meta and Google lead forms, developers or people who refer you to us.

• To respond to your enquiries and arrange viewings, calls and meetings.
• To match you with suitable properties and projects.
• To provide brokerage, leasing, mortgage referral and property management services.
• To meet our legal and regulatory duties, including RERA, DLD and anti-money laundering requirements.
• To send market updates and new listings where you have agreed to receive them.
• To review job applications.
• To improve our website, prevent fraud and keep our systems secure.

We process your personal data because you have given consent (for example when you submit a form or subscribe), because we need it to provide a service you asked for, because the law requires it, or because it is in our legitimate interest to run and improve our business in a way that does not override your rights.

We only share your information where needed, with:

• Property owners, landlords, tenants, buyers and developers involved in your transaction.
• Banks and mortgage advisors, if you ask for a mortgage referral.
• Government bodies such as the Dubai Land Department, RERA and Ejari, and law enforcement where required by law.
• Service providers who help us operate, such as CRM, email, messaging (including WhatsApp), hosting and analytics providers. They may only use your data to provide their services to us.

Some providers may store data outside the UAE. When that happens we take steps to make sure your data stays protected as UAE law requires.

We use cookies to keep the website working, remember your preferences, understand how visitors use our pages and measure our advertising. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, although some parts of the website may not work properly without them.

If you subscribe to updates or agree to hear from us, we may contact you by email, phone, SMS or WhatsApp about new listings, projects and market news. You can opt out at any time by using the unsubscribe link, replying STOP, or emailing info@a1properties.ae.

We keep personal data only for as long as we need it for the purposes above. Transaction and compliance records are kept for the periods required by UAE law. Enquiries that do not lead to a transaction are reviewed and deleted or anonymised when they are no longer needed.

We use technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections, access controls and limiting access to staff who need it. No system is completely secure, so please contact us straight away if you think your data has been put at risk.

Subject to UAE law, you can ask us to:

• Give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
• Delete your data, or limit how we use it.
• Stop using your data for marketing.
• Withdraw consent you have given, without affecting earlier processing.
